We stayed 5 nights and loved the room and area. Staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable and spacious. The building itself is a little old but guest rooms seemed renovated. The room is very quiet but also we loved to see family having good time in pool as well. We'll definitely stay here again when we come back to this area :)

Score: 4/5 What we liked: The room is very comfortable and includes a nice, separate living area. The bathroom is excellent, with adequate and sufficient amenities. We also appreciated the large, free parking lot, and the breakfast follows the standard American style. Areas for improvement / Things to note: The location is good, but keep in mind that it is far from downtown Chicago. Due to traffic, it takes about 50 to 60 minutes to drive into the city center.

We had a wonderful stay! We were moving our daughter to the area from TN and the proximity to IKEA, Costco and Homegoods was amazing for our needs. The hotel itself was exceptional. We were greeted warmly upon arrival. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was even a small table we could eat our Giordano’s at when we finally arrived at the end of a long moving day. 😊 We loved the breakfast provided as well….an extensive variety of options and the muffins were fresh and bakery quality. Many options in the area but definitely choose this one. We will again!

Overall, we had a pleasant and relaxing stay. When we arrived, Hector assisted us with the check-in process and was friendly and welcoming. The room was decently clean and comfortable throughout our stay. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the hotel’s other amenities since we spent most of our time out exploring, but we were able to try the complimentary breakfast once, and it was a nice addition to our stay. The most memorable part of our experience happened during check-out. We were leaving very early in the morning and were waiting at the front desk for assistance. Out of nowhere, the front desk associate suddenly appeared, which gave us quite a fright! It definitely caught us by surprise and gave us a good laugh afterward. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly service.

Ms Iasha was awesome, super friendly and she answered all my questions. Room was clean but may be time for some updates (and get rid of the carpet). Great for families and the rooms were spacious! There was an actual hot breakfast included!!
