The hotel was perfect! The view of the river was the best part. Location is everything!! We walked everywhere and took the subway, Lyft, taxi or the shuttle Nike Nationals for EYBL to get around. We love Choc and I will book here again next year through Expedia.

The Staff at this establishment went beyond my expectations to make my stay pleasant. This is a good place and the price was reasonable for the location. My suggestion to make it excellent would be to add a microwave unit to the suites. Thank you for a memorable stay in Chicago.

We checked in at 11pm & the staff member was so helpful by providing pamphlets for food, map of the city & suggested the First Lady architectural boat cruise, which was fabulous. Our room was clean & spacious. We enjoyed a drink the Hotel restaurant Hoyt. The staff was very kind & helpful. Would stay at this location on 71 Wacker, very central to everything. We learned later there is another Royal Soneta location not to far away.
