The staff receives a 10/10. This is my 2nd time staying here. Both times there were different staff members and both times the customer service was great. The HR department is doing something right with employee selection. Our room was clean, breakfast was well stocked. I’m planning on returning this summer so we can enjoy the pool and basketball court.

The staff were great! The breakfast also. I didn’t realize they don’t come in and renew your sheets or towels/washcloths. But, they were more than will to provide them or I could come to the desk and retrieve them. The room was a little older, but clean and worked well with the roominess and extras, refrigerator stove, dish washer. It was a little older, but as I said it worked well and we were close to graduation, 12 minutes away. All and all very satisfied. I would recommend.

We’ve stayed here a couple times when visiting our sailor in Great Lake. The rooms are perfect for the families to celebrate and spend time with their loved ones. The breakfast is nice, lots of options. The suites offer the perfect space to cook if your sailor wants a home-cooked meal, or to bring food back and just relax. The location is great, making it easy to go back-and-forth to Base and around the area.
