Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The property was clean and well maintained. The hallways and elevators were consistently clean, and it was clear that the staff took good care of the common areas. We stayed in a suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and well suited for our family. The bed was also excellent—very comfortable and provided a great night’s sleep. There are, however, a few small improvements that could make the guest experience even better. The breakfast hours were quite limited, especially for families with children. Breakfast ended at 9:00 a.m. on weekdays and 9:30 a.m. on weekends, which felt early compared with many other hotels where breakfast is typically available until 10:00 a.m. on weekdays and 11:00 a.m. on weekends. Extending the breakfast hours would be greatly appreciated. We also noticed that a small piece on top of the shower faucet was missing, exposing the plumbing behind it. It’s a minor issue and likely an easy repair, but it affects the overall impression of the room. Finally, when we first checked into our room, there was no hand soap in the bathroom. We called the front desk, but it took over 30 minutes for the soap to be delivered. This is another small detail that is easy to address and would help create a better first impression for guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel. With a few minor improvements, the experience could be even better.
