I had a wonderful stay! I will absolutely stay at the Renaissance again and will recommend to others. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help. The location was convenient with easy access to the train and a shuttle to and from the airport. The restaurant was good quality and a good value.

Room was perfect for a night before an early flight out of O’hare. Parking at hotel is MUCH cheaper than airport and the shuttle was perfect. The restaurant was good for a late night meal too. Front desk and restaurant staff very friendly and helpful

We loved that it was close to the Blue Line and we didn't have to drive anywhere. The breakfast was part of our deal and it was always fresh and warm. The wait staff were very attentive. We never had to wait for anyone in the hotel-it was always prompt service.

The hotel was convenient to the train station. The hotel staff were very friendly and were readily available. The room was ok but we did find half of a women’s swimsuit tucked in our couch. Also the room had no microwave. It only one bottled water and only enough coffee for one nights stay. They charged $5 for a coke from their market and had removed all the vending machines so you had to pay this crazy price. There was no complimentary breakfast.

Very clean hotel with kind and helpful staff and a short walk to the blue line station for downtown access. Only docked a star because there isn’t much in the area for food and the restaurant didn’t seem like a great fit in traveling with kids. Was a great stay at the price point, though!
