Nice property. Friendly, accommodating staff. There are lots of events happening on weekend evenings, so the lobby is busy and bar gets a little loud. Expedia said there was a pool and hot tub, but there is not.

Had the opportunity to have a Corner Room on the 7th Floor. Spacious and Comfortable. Everything in the room was positioned properly and accessible. Bathroom was sufficient and water pressure in room was Great. Location of Hotel was right next to the Highway so very convenient for travel purposes going into and coming back from the City. Definitely will be looking to stay at this location again once I visit Chicago again.

Room was clean, staff were great and friendly and helpful. Although I didn’t eat at the restaurant the food looked good and it was always busy. I would stay here again if travelling to Chicago. The train station was close by and using the shuttle service was easy and efficient to get to and from the station.

Beautiful hotel. Room was clean and a/c already on. After a long day of flights and a concert, it was nice to shower and sleep in a crisp clean cool room. A few desk staff did not know enough about local travel options (trains, uber, cabs, venues, buses) to help offer good advice. One young lady just seemed blank. I was so lost. But after the concert, the man at the desk was SO HELPFUL!!!! 10 stars to him. He helped me figure out options and gave me piece of mind. I wish I had gotten his name. I wasn't sure about breakfast and didn't need the bar,however several concert goers gathered and really enjoyed the conversation and fellowship in the bar. It was a very nice, welcoming location. THANK YOU for the near perfect room! I haven't slept that sound in a very long time... which is not the usual for a stay in a hotel. Oh... best pillows ever!

The property was beautiful! The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. I love how absolutely silent the rooms are. I couldn’t hear any other guest or doors closing. The staff were all really friendly with any questions I had as well. My only complaint was the TV in the bedroom had a bad connection and I wasn’t able to pull up anything but the hotel’s amenities page. Which in the long run didn’t matter since I had my IPad. All in all it was a great place to stay!
