Room was clean, staff were great and friendly and helpful. Although I didn’t eat at the restaurant the food looked good and it was always busy. I would stay here again if travelling to Chicago. The train station was close by and using the shuttle service was easy and efficient to get to and from the station.

The property was beautiful! The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. I love how absolutely silent the rooms are. I couldn’t hear any other guest or doors closing. The staff were all really friendly with any questions I had as well. My only complaint was the TV in the bedroom had a bad connection and I wasn’t able to pull up anything but the hotel’s amenities page. Which in the long run didn’t matter since I had my IPad. All in all it was a great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. The room was clean and comfortable, parking was convenient, and breakfast was a great way to start the day. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Every single person we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, the front desk staff were always professional and accommodating, and the bar staff were absolutely outstanding—attentive, personable, and a lot of fun to interact with. The only thing this property is missing is a pool. Adding one would make the experience nearly perfect. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional customer service.
