The room was clean, there are tons of shops nearby for anything you need. It was great for the price. The updated bathroom was nice, and the fact they had a microwave and large mini fridge was exciting. Nice staff too.

Amazing staff. When I checked in, the room they gave me wasn’t done. But I let the girl know and she gave me a room that was ready she’s always nice and friendly everytime I stay there. :)

You get what you pay for I guess. The bus doesn’t run as frequently as I’d hoped. So I spent an extra $233 to get to the blue line and back. But the staff was helpful, specifically the women at the front desk. I wish there was a do not disturb thing I could hang on the door though. They also had coffee and water at the front desk which was nice. There are also cameras on the property, so it felt safe. This is a family owned business and I appreciate how reasonably accommodating they are.

Fine for a night. Room was relatively clean minus some hair in the bathroom. AC didnt appear to be on and couldnt adjust, so it was hot and muggy all night with no airflow. Front desk staff was nice.

I had a great stay here. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff would come and clean the room whenever needed. The air conditioning worked very well and kept the room comfortable at all times. Overall, this is a great place to stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my future trips. Highly recommended!

The rooms carpeting was so filthy, you did dare walk in stocking feet. The hallway and room smelled bad too. The bed was clean and comfortable and although the bathroom was ancient, it was clean. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone. Not sure how it got the rating it did with Expedia.

It was close to the airport (12 minute rideshare), had a bed, bath, tv, and a lock on the door. Coffee is put out about 5am in the small lobby. It was sticky and dirty and the bed swayed. Ample parking and many people staying the night with flight issues. As grateful as I was to have it, I would only recommend it as an alternative to sleeping at the airport gate.

this is a dingy motel along a busy street- not a place for pedestrians, cleanfreaks, or for anyone looking for a decent restaurant. The bed and bathroom were fine, though, and the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Catch the 330 bus on Mannheim for a $2, 30-minute ride to O'Hare.

The hallway carpets are in bad shape and the place smells strongly of cigarette smoke. We asked to change rooms because of the smell, and were accommodated to a room that smelled musty. The draws in the dresser would not stay shut, the door to the bathroom did not close. There was not toilet paper holder, just a roll set on the back of the toilet. The shower have very low pressure. The girl at the front desk did not know what decaf coffee is. The bedside lamps did not work. But the bed was comfortable.

I struggle with even writing this because the staff was so friendly. But please be aware that the pictures provided are very outdated. The hotel themselves look to have aged 20 years since the pictures were taken. The bedding was not very comfortable and at times smelled like cigarette smoke. Outside of these issues the area was quiet and always had parking available.
