It served it's purpose. It was clean enough, not the Ritz. There was hair on the bed sheet. Lid to the toilet broke the first time we touched it. Even though it was non smoking room, the towels smelled like smoke. It was better than being home while our power was out after, a bad storm. We slept and went home. The staff were nice, it was quiet enough.

The room was in good condition and the staff seemed friendly. I have never stayed in a room that didn't provide a fridge and a coffee pot. I will be staying in the Chicago area a few times a year for the next few years, but I will be looking for a different place to stay that does provide a fridge and coffee maker in their rooms from now on as this is something that my husband and I have decided is necessary for us.

It could be better if they apply themselves and not try and take the cheap way out of everything. The location is great but the room beds are horrible to sleep in, this was a last minute reservation, not what I’m use to. Probably would not visit this location again unless it upgrade.

Room was regular and was supposed to be Premium upgraded, it was definitely Basic, but hotel was sold out... Pretty sure there are Residents here... Was not clean or upgraded as booked... No breakfast... Towels were not clean, no l coffee or snacks as promised when booking...

I hate making Negative remarks. But I am leaving a review in order that the property fixes these issues. To begin, I walked in my room, air conditioner cover was broken, one of the beds seemed as if someone just laid on the bed & left. Not to mention, I walked into the bathroom, & someone had just taken a shower, because the tub was still wet with a very dirty used wash rag on the tub from whomever just showered right before I walked in. Most Disturbing was that I killed 8 roaches in just one nights stay. PLEASE fix the roach issue. Although, the room area was quiet. No microwave, no refrigerator. Floor smelled like cat urine.Please fix the roach issue & train housekeeping to make sure to look everywhere, under beds, behind & between shower curtains, behind doors, basically everywhere to make sure all is cleansed & clear of the prior visitors presence. Other than that, no issue with the hotel for the price you pay. The price was great, yet, you get what you pay for. PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE Fix the roach issue and the hotel will be BEYOND GREAT!!!

So somebody stayed in the room that we went in before and we were told that their daughter had multiple bedbug bites from a mother person at the hotel that was staying there and they still decided to put us in that room and we later find out that they have bedbugs the hard way.
