Decent experience

Tv in king size room was way to small. And my card to swip in and out of my room would no work most times. Had to go back to the front desk. They do a good job of cleaning rooms and breakfast was good too

Wonderful and Tranquil Stay

From time of arrival; I was warmly greeted as I went through a smooth check in process, assigned my room and directed which way to go. I was pleased with my Suite. It was quite. Conveniently located near express way. Competitive rates. I love their friendly Courteous Office Managers made my stay great!

The service was great but the room was not so great. Found a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom and the shower curtain rod was broke which lead to the floors being flooded.

A few run down areas in the room. Ceiling spots and cob webs. Shower curtain rod loose and falling apart. Otherwise pretty nice. The lobby was beautiful and updated. Dining area very cute and cozy.

This is a nice location with nice employees. I see that they were trying to do upgrades so I will not condemn some of the things I've seen. But I seen worse so this place was okay. What I don't like is that they don't allow us to take breakfast out of the dining room. And they said that we have to keep our lunch voucher on the table while we eat. I guess that's the stop people from the outside coming in to eat.
