For the price, you get excellent customer service and staff who really seem dedicated to making your stay worthwhile and comfortable. Beds were ALWAYS made for us when we were out and coming back to a clean room was amazing. Very easily located next to the mall and other stores and restaurants. Would 100 percent stay here again.

The Hotel is clean and well run, not fancy, but delivers a nice room at an excellent value. Bedding is quality, the bathroom is very well maintained, and the shower is hot. Nice front staff, plenty of well lit parking, and a decent breakfast.

This was a great stay. Schaumburg is only 15 Min from ohare so very close to the airport. I was in town for Septemberfest. I found the area very convenient to all my needs. The hotel is clean, as well as the room. The breakfast was good too. I would stay again. I had a very nice stay.

Only stayed one night and didn’t use pool or anything. But our room was very clean and well maintained. Front staff is excellent. Had a special request when we booked online, and when we checked in they let us know they were able to do it!! First time anyone has ever paid attention to our comment before!! Breakfast was hot and good! Definitely would recommend.

We absolutely loved it here! It was very clean, staff was very polite and helpful, breakfast was amazing every day, the location is perfect we could walk to both malls. I wish they had more weights then 50lbs ones in the gym but other then that we had a great stay and we will definitely be back!

Very clean establishment, responsive staff. We did not use any of the amenities such as the pool, but the hotel itself was a good value for the price. The breakfast was better than I expected it to be, a very nice included amenity.
