4/10 Poor

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
I enjoyed that there was free parking, and the room was just about what you would expect with any Motel 6. The check-in and check-out processes were extremely simple and efficient. The wi-fi did not work, which was frustrating because I did have some business I was planning to attend to during my stay. There was a lot of noise within the premises, and I found sleep fairly difficult.

Parking was nice, A/C was cold and bed was comfortable. Wish there was a remote for the TV lol. Had to get a different room bc my original wasn't cleaned yet but everything worked out in the end. Would return again if need be!

Front Desk was great! Very friendly and recommended great food spots. Room appeared clean but there were many roaches and horrible smell. Had to leave almost immediately.

I read some reviews before booking that weren’t so good. But I had no issues. My room was clean. It was recently updated. I loved it and my fur babies were comfortable as well.

The room I was in was for handicapped people. So it was perfect for me. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk person was extremely helpful. However externally the place needs “help”.

We came into town for the BTS concert. This motel was in a more residential area. Which was great for quiet. It was quiet the majority of the time. The bed and room were pretty basic and okay. The only issues we had were we saw a few roaches. And, our shower was tepid at best. It wouldn’t get warm but there was warm water in the sink. It worked for what we needed it for.

This hotel is a great value. Most were charging double or triple this price. My only complaint is the noise from the street. It's not very soundproof. The staff were wonderful. I would stay here again. Oh yeah, the parking is free. You don't find that often in Chicago. A security guard is present too.

The check-in process was OK due to some confusion about what ID they required. The room itself was clean. Although this is the third Motel 6 I have stayed in where the bathroom door has been fixed due to what looks like someone trying to break it down. The carpark isn't in the best condition. Also I stayed over a Saturday and Sunday and there were only a few spots left on the Saturday. Conveniently located to public transport to get into Downtown Chicago.
