The establishment is truly exceptional, and the staff provided outstanding service. I encountered no issues during my stay. While an additional deposit is required, which is not explicitly stated during the booking process, the transaction was handled efficiently. My deposit was refunded to my account within three days of my departure. I highly recommend this location.

I stayed here for a work trip and I think it was pretty great. The common areas were clean, the host responded in some occasions. They communicated well with check in and check out. I do have some concerns, I brought up some safety concerns I had concerning one of the other guests and my safety. This guest was up at random hours of the night and I reached out to the host with no response from them. I had to reach out to the housekeeping who reassured me that all cameras do work in case something is wrong. She checked in on me everyday after that, I wish the host prioritized me. I hope to see my security deposit within the week as promised. I also had some concerns because of the past reviews but I am going to give it a week and hope to see that security deposit returned to me. Other than that, they have a lot of cooking utensils, the kitchen is set up nicely. Extensive amount of parking. The community is great not too loud. Everything was cleaned daily by housekeeping.

The Villa Dubois is very clean. Instructions were provided throughout the home and everything was self explanatory. The house is very spacious and provides privacy and amenities throughout the space. I enjoyed good nights rest and was only 5 minutes away from my business/church function. I highly recommend Villa Dubois. I will be back and look forward to renting again.

Our room was lovely, the bed was comfy. Lots of lighting and temperature options so we slept like a baby. The bathroom is shared with other guests, so as long as you have courteous fellows, it was a spacious, clean bathroom. We didn't spend much time in the large living area, but it was easy to check in and check out and lock ourroom door as each room has its own key. Thank you!

Common areas are spacious and well kept. Room was sufficient with a bed and chair and clean. I was provided two bath towels and hand towels. Although unusual, sharing a common bathroom wasn’t an issue for me and the bathroom was kept clean.

The rooms were nice & clean! The bathroom was clean. It was a bit chilly in the rooms but it was nice. I do take concern with property not answering phones at all! I suggest making sure the rooms are heated and cozy!

I sent in the deposit 24 hours ahead of time like instructed but an hour after check in instead of information on how to access the building they sent me a message telling me to send in a deposit again. I had to call and get them to give me the information. The house was fine until I realized the basement ceiling had a hole which let water in when it rained. The shower had poor water pressure from a badly installed shower head. Otherwise the place was fine. Bed was decently comfortable. I sent them my concerns and they didn't respond until a couple days later with a generic 'I hope you enjoyed your stay, leave us a 5 star review'. I only got my deposit back after I messaged them a week after asking about it. I should've stayed at a hotel.

The shower in the basement has very low pressure and made it difficult to take a shower. The comforter in room #1 looked a little dirty and probably needs to be replaced or thoroughly cleaned. I was offered late checkout for $30 via an email the night before and I sent an email 2 hours before checkout requesting this. The cleaning crew showed up a little after checkout and they walked in while I was relaxing in bed. I was under the impression I was approved for late checkout since I did not receive any communication after my email. Long story short I and my girlfriend had to scramble and gather our things on short notice. I have stayed at this location before and I love it and had a great experience previous to this one. I am considering if I will stay again or choose another location. I would like the owners or property manager to consider my feedback and maybe do something to make me feel better to consider staying here again. I visit the city often and if they want to keep my business a friendly follow up gesture will go a long way to making decision easier for the future.

We booked a king bed and when we got there, someone else was in our room. We had to go to the only room that was available which was a queen. I don’t mind, but they refused to adjust our rates so I basically paid for another couple to stay in an upgraded suite. The staff is also lacking in manners and were very unhelpful. The entire place smelled strongly like broccoli and remained that way for the entirety of our stay. Not sure how well our rooms were cleaned as there were a bunch of random coins on our bed when we arrived which was odd. ALSO - they make you pay a $300 deposit through Venmo or Zelle. It’s been almost a week and I haven’t received it back.
