The Loews Hotel is great. The location was excellent, conveniently located to the Magnificent Mile. The hotel is very clean. Room was very comfortable. Staff were quite helpful and polite. I really had no complaints.

Everything was great! Staff at the front desk - wonderful! We arrived a bit early and got an early checkin. Room was perfectly clean and the best pillows I’ve ever slept on! Pool was closed for maintenance, kind of a drag… Would definitely stay there again when in Chicago

We loved this hotel! The rooms were well appointed, immaculate, and comfortable. The location was perfect, allowing for easy access to Chicago’s major attractions. What was over the top, was service! We had called the front desk for an extra robe, which was delivered to our room within 5 minutes!! That’s unheard of! This level of service continued throughout our stay, and it was always service with a smile. We highly recommend this hotel!
