I go to this LaQuinta location every time I travel to Chicago because of the service, cleanliness, location, and amenities. My needs are met every stay and I feel comfortable and safe at this location. The included breakfast buffet is large and very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel whenever people ask where to stay in Chicago.

The staff was not friendly. Breakfast staff was rude, some lady working there bumped into me and said “watch it”. They apparently do not clean the rooms every day unless you advise them, which I feel like they should of said something when I was checking in. Also my room phone didn’t work so I had to go down to the lobby to ask for more towels. The location is good, not bad. But the staff definitely needs to be better.
