The hotel was in a great location. The staff were really friendly. The breakfast and happy hour are a great plus. Only down side it was not quiet outside, however what do you expect downtown Chicago. This wouldn’t keep me from staying again!

Loved our stay at Kinzie. Great location to walk around to everything we wanted! Absolutely loved the breakfast and happy hour, such a great addition. Good and basic breakfast and a good amount of drink options for happy hour. Only downside, the elevators took a while and could not use the stairs. There is only re-entry on the 1st and 6th floor.

Outstanding hospitality and staff. Mivkey and two DeAndres conisistently went above and beyond in making our stay comforting and rewarding. Property had exellent location for our needs. Extra nightly fee (amenities) a pet peeve but seems unavaoidable in these days of rising costs for hoteliers.
