The room was really close to Target and everything I needed. I was attending a conference at McCormick Center and it was definitely walkable when the weather was good. Gym amenities are really nice. I just couldn't figure out the AC situation. Everything was clean and the staff in the building is super friendly.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The entire property is clean and carefully maintained with many onsite amenities. The location is easy to access and very walkable as well as being close to public transportation and popular attractions. The best part of our stay was the amazing view of the city all the way out to Lake Michigan!

I feel compelled to share my experience, as the quality of this stay did not match the price point. -The entire check-in process was handled through automated AI communication -The on-site staff was unhelpful, specifically regarding the luggage cart policy, which requires leaving your driver's license and is inaccessible before 7:00 AM—a significant inconvenience for early departures. -The unit itself offered a beautiful view, a spacious living area, and a safe location -The condition of the room was disappointing. The bathroom was poorly maintained, featuring a dirty shower, visible patch jobs, and a rotting countertop that suggested past water damage -Balcony has not been sprayed for bugs in months at least. Unusable -Front door did not shut properly, required turning around and pushing shut. Real safety concern -I sent an email with photos and videos to property - no response yet
