Preferred over hotels due to the kitchen and size and balcony. Very clean and has in unit laundry. Building has weird heating cooling system that is turned on/off depending on time of year, but there was a heater provided. Lots of sirens throughtout the day and sporadically at night. Overall nice place. Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything you need and places to sight see and experience Chicago. My only complaint was the occasional sewer smell. I would book again if I traveled back to Chicago.

The apartment location is excellent, clean and customer service team is very prompt and responsive. We stayed for 4 nights in a 2 bed apartment with aged parents (80 and 74). Two things could have been better: 1) No water supply for 5 hours on one of the days. We had to move the aged parents to a different facility for rest room access. Kasa refunded half day’s worth of rent for lack of service (excluding taxes). Although it was a lot of inconvenience and hassle 2) Rent price felt very expensive for that facility.
