I was amazed at how friendly and helpful everyone was, car parking service, check in staff and the gentleman that brought my stuff to my room. I was very busy as I was going to a BTS concert and they were all having fun with it. Room was very clean and loved the market. Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was a great location for us because it was within walking distance of our concert at Soldier Field. Parking was very easy to access. The check-in process was quick and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was professional and accommodating, especially when I needed to ask for extra amenities; they came to the room within minutes.
