The rooms were well appointed and clean. Plenty of outlets, large closet, full length mirro, excellent blow dryer, comfortable bed and extra seating and a desk. The breakfast was very good and very reasonably priced. Both check in and check out was smooth and very professional staff. And the vanity area was seperate from the shower and toilet. Lighting was great, too.

Only thing which is good is- view from outside and main floor lobby area look n feel. Swimming pool and gym was average, rooms were really congested and small. No microwave in room (in main lobby only) and really tiny fridge which wasn’t working, beds/bathrooms were really small. Room itself was too small for the price charged. Breakfast is very basic. Only one elevator was working due to which we took stairs few times. Wait for elevator was really frustrating. I am not happy with this stay and myself n family didn’t like it. Staff in their Restaurent area was fine.

I liked the service as you walk in to a nice food smelling elevated stay. Our room had a beautiful view but the room was very out dated including the furniture the toilet was small and there was a lot of stain on the carpet that were horrible. I don’t think it was with my stay for the price. If I could get a refund I would be satisfied .

A little disappointed, I expected better of a Hyatt Hotel. Two out of the three elevators were broken causing long delays and congestion getting to and from the room. The room had not been updated in a very long time. The in-room fridge did not cool anything and smelled musty. We asked for a towel replacement and did not get any new towels, had to steal them from the pool area. The breakfast was nice, and the front desk people were nice as well. The gym and pool were in decent shape, but the hot tub was broken and drained. The set up of the rooms served our purpose well as did the location, just wish it was not so neglected.
