The only thing I could say about this hotel is maybe to touch up the elevators and better lighting in the parking lot. This hotel is beautiful. Quiet area, comfortable, updated, easy check in process, wonderful staff, and I will definitely be back.

Rooms could of had microwaves in them, felt uncomfortable(night clothes) having to go to another floor just to warm up food...some of my guess had to pay for breakfast when our stay stated free breakfast with our room we selected... pool water was so cold that you didn't wont to attempt to try n get in,but overall I will return, I can look over that small stuff,thank you and the staff for being so kind to me n my family.

It was a decent stay. The staff was very nice and always greeted us whenever we walked by, whether we were coming or going. The layout of our room was a little odd, and you could hear everything happening in the hallway. The pool was also in an unusual location, as you had to walk through the weight room to get to it. Unfortunately, the pool was extremely cold. The hallway leading to the pool had a terrible smell, and the carpet was lifting up in several spots. Overall, though, it was a decent stay for the price.

The Bed was terrible, mattress was hard as a rock. Wound up sleeping on couch. Slamming doors, Yelling and screaming in rooms across the hall at 2 am. Hall carpet is buckled causing a fall risk. This location use to be a go to spot when we visited Chicago. We will reconsider for our next stay.

I had a great stay at the Hyatt. The hotel was clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. My only suggestion would be to add microwaves in the rooms for added convenience. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would stay here again.
