Great location and very easy to navigate around the city from this hotel. Staff were really helpful all the time, and a nice choice of food on offer at breakfast. If i was to be hyper critical I would say the room was a little dated, but it was a very minor point Overall, great location and I would not hesitate in staying here again

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place in downtown Chicago. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the hotel itself was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, and the customer service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean Hotel is in a good location roughly within 30 minutes walking distance to most attractions. The only thing is at night the traffic and noise was extremely loud we were on the 14th floor and all night long you can hear emergency vehicles one after another. The room does has a sound machine which does help some.

It was clean, staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping was good. Cllose to several nice restaurants. No microwave in the room. Also we arrived a little after 2 afterca trsin and uber ride and eecwere exhausted. we had to.psy $25 for early check in which seemed ridiculous when the room was obviously

Delicious and wide selection at breakfast. We had a wonderful view from our room, shower was fully stocked, overall a very easy stay. Staff was helpful and let us keep our bags there until our flight home. Would stay again for proximity to good food and the river!
