The room was very clean, but that was it, they don’t come back after you arrive. The breakfast was very good. The air conditioning system was great. The pool is very quaint and cute, we took a dip in it, very clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Over a great place, close to everything, walking distance to anywhere downtown, the union train station was walking distance as well.

The room was very comfortable, and big for a downtown hotel. Bathroom spacious. Staff exceptionally nice, willing to accommodate and eager to help. Location is very convenient with plenty brunch places restaurants shops and pharmacies I will probably stay here again in my next trip to Chicago.
