The location was difficult to find. There is limited parking to check in. You can not enter the parking garage without a pass key. However the staff was very helpful and patient. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

As always everything was GREAT! Hotel ambassador Charles (Chuck) as always the best host. The staff is amazing, super friendly and they always make you feel at home. Great hotel, very comfortable, clean spacious room, near the UChicago Campus, new Obama center and local restaurants. Breakfast nice and fresh. It remains my top choice in Chicago for several years. We only stayed one night. Friendly staff, free breakfast. The kids absolutely loved the breakfast. We used the pool, but keep in mind it's very small and you have to reserve the time (it's free). I'm sure it was clean, but the room was loud and echoed. Claustrophobic. So not for me. I really only wanted it for my kids. Helpful, polite staff. We thought the shower set up / design was odd but it worked. I can't say anything about room service, we didn't stay long enough to see how they would have refreshed the room. Would stay again.

I was able to park my car in the garage before checking in since I was in town too early for checking in. I didn’t like that we had to check out by noon. If so, then we should be able to check in around 1pm. The ladies and gentlemen at the reception were very nice. Breakfast was good.

Staff was very helpful. We had to drive around the block a few times to find a place to park. Then we had to walk around the block to check in, then walk back to our vehicle. Had to walk back around with our luggage. Once we could enter the parking garage it was convenient.
