Wonderful place to stay, real dishes for breakfast, real ceramic coffee mugs not the paper ones. The staff was very helpful and polite. Highly recommend this hotel!

Each time I have visited it has been a great stay. Hotel is clean, staff is personable and very friendly. The only disturbance was construction next to the hotel was loud and started before 7am breaking our sleep.

Lovely hotel in a wonderful area. Walkable with many restaurants and amenities nearby including an art gallery and a state-of-the-art workspace. The hotel staff members at Hyatt Place are kind and friendly and they will tell you where to find all the good food. Uber from ORD will cost around $50 midday on Friday. Great place to stay.
