This is the 4th time I've stayed at this hotel. It is always clean. The staff is courteous. And the bar has decently strong drinks. But the real draw for me and why I keep coming back is Steven. He works at the front desk. And each time I return and he is there, he greets me warmly as if we're old friends and I'm staying at his home. He makes the difference for me.
