Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get to the hotel until super late. From the moment we arrived to checkout, the front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially the night staff. She made sure we were all set during check in. The room exceeded our expectations, the breakfast was great, and the amenities were super convenient. The location is also nice.

An exceptional place to stay for a quick getaway! The Hyatt Place Chicago Medical District provided the perfect, relaxing environment for a short vacation. The service was excellent, the staff were very inviting and warm. The location was great for the United Center—very walkable and it didn’t feel as busy as other parts of Chicago while still offering things to do nearby. Parking was simple and right across the street. The room/bathroom was squeaky clean and spacious. The bar and dining area were well decorated and had activities if you wanted to stay and chill in the hotel. The breakfast was fine, one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had. I would definitely come back if I’m in the area again.
