The property was very clean, the staff was cool, the bed, and the room were a little small for two people. I like the fact that you needed a room key card to enter the hotel, but the breakfast was a complete let down.. overall I would recommend the room. I would actually stay again. Just please upgrade the breakfast for a better review ✌️

Great location to United center and probably best price for a hotel without being in an area you’ll be stabbed right away. Just 2 blocks away from the blue line for easy access back into the city. Only one elevator so gets really busy after a concert or event since most people staying there are at said event. Very clean and staff were very nice. 24/hr covered parking right next door at a reasonable price.

We were able to check in early and the staff were very kind and helpful! Beds and rooms were a little smaller than expected but sufficient. Breakfast was just poptarts, apples, and oatmeal packs. Selection of sodas, waters, and ice cream for purchase was nice. Ended up buying bottled water because there was no drinking fountain and tap water didn't taste great. 30 minutes of walking and train rides to get downtown.

They failed to mention that there is little to zero parking at this building. They have about 12 spots that fill up very early in the day that you have to get a permit to park. There is a Teamster’s parking garage next door that charges $37 a night and they close the doors over night so you can’t get in or out until 7am. The room was ok BUT, it stunk like mildew. Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast, if you can call it that was literally a fruit cup and an orange with some juices. Coffee machine didn’t work. Don’t waste your time. And, it’s a long walk to the United Center and not safe.
