Amazing staff and hospitality. We arrived earlier at 10.30 but the front desk was so polite and allowed us early checkin. The staff is ready to help with everything. Give useful suggestions to visit the city places. Neat and clean rooms with required amenities. Best stay at Chicago and most importantly convenient from all the spots.
