There is no hot tub anymore. They say the pool is heated but it was pretty cold. The fitness room is pretty good, the treadmill is a good one. There was a problem checking in where we used expedia, so we had to cancel it and rebook it through the hotel. The restaurant was good.

Lobby, restaurant and entry decor was fantastic. The rooms still need to be updated. But I do like staying at this hotel. Location is great for my job. I hope to be able to stay in renovated room during my next visit.

CONS—— Our toilet seat was loose. The bathroom sink drained very slowly and you couldn’t pull up the drain stopper at all. The sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable- I could feel the springs through the paper thin pad on the “bed”. The wallpaper was peeling all over and paint chips in several places. However, they are renovating so changes are coming. PROS—-The pool was HUGE and amazing. The lounge is GORGEOUS. The staff is very welcoming. The room was very clean.

The staff were friendly and did try to accommodate us when we checked in and our room was no longer available. We were given an accessible room, but the heat wasn't working properly. By our second night, it was too cold to stay in the room. They offered to switch our rooms again, but we decided just to leave early by that point. They are currently working on renovations and updates. The downstairs area looks nice, the restaurant has great food and I would eat there again since it's open to the public, but I'll wait a little to let them finish their updates before I stay overnight again.

The property was great location to the base for bootcamp graduations, has a beautiful indoor swimming poor, everything was clean, well cared for, nice bar & restaurant.... only issue was due to the moisture in the bathrooms there was some spots of mold.

I would give this five stars if it wasn’t for the remodeling that was in process. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, but outdated without any extra outlets for electronics. However, it was very obvious that they are in the process of updating and remodeling in the entire hotel. The bar and restaurants were outstanding. The staff was very accommodating.
