I stayed for 6 nights and was very impressed with the facility in many ways! Most importantly, the hotel looked and smell very clean in all areas. The room was very comfortable and quiet -- and I loved the dual head shower! The housekeeping staff was quiet, respectful and nonintrusive. I really liked the central location of the filtered water and ice dispenser and microwave (the room has a refrig but no microwave). The gym is absolutely fabulous - light filled, spacious, clean, screens and great equipment!! (I did not care for the exercise equipment that is part of the room but I put the big ball in the closet.) There is free parking galore. The snack area is well stocked. There is free coffee. The restaurant bar was good (I had 2 omelettes and salads). There is a variety of restaurants very close by. My only complaint is that the smoking area outside should not be near the front door! I will be going back to Chicago soon and will definitely plan to stay again at this hotel -- it was a great find.
