The location is excellent and I believe it's the only hotel right in the airport so we have stayed here several times with great success. They have everything set up for easy check-in and check-out due to the high volume of airport travelers. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The hotel is literally located in the center of O’hare airport. You can pretty much get off or get on at either terminals 1, 2, or 3. We got a room upgrade too and that was cool. We had a nice and comfortable stay. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff can do little to nothing to assist with the constant money grab that is the airport parking garage. It really is worth the extra cost to stay at this hotel if you have a very early flight or get in on a late flight and need a place to stay. It is literally across the street from the airport. There is a way to walk to the terminal undercover if it’s raining but if the weather is clear, you can walk 2 mins and be from hotel lobby to terminal. And leaving your car here while traveling is a bit pricey but you can at least cut that cost in half if you buy it through an airport parking app and it could not be more easy and you get valet service as a bonus.
