An awesome stay… very well kept and the entire staff was awesome! When you are greeted by Sharon. Her personality and care for the customer experience was felt from the start! Our family liked the hotel so much we extended our stay and the rest of the staff made our transition to our new room seamless. Rose does a great job in housekeeping.

We chose this property for its location and proximity to places we were visiting during our stay in the north suburbs. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so we were given a handicap accessible room which was fine. It was on the first floor, close to an access door to the parking lot. The room was spacious and comfortable. We were there for a family visit so we didn't need the desk area but it is always helpful to have a frig to store my medicine! Breakfast is served in an area off the lobby. The offerings are varied with enough options for most diets. Ample free parking.

The gal that checked us in was very sweet and helpful. The suite was very office-like and cold but the bed warm and comfortable. But I found hairs in the bathroom and the kitchen which I find gross. Breakfast was great - make your own fresh waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, yogurt, pastries and breads, and fresh fruit. Didnt make it to the pool.
