Check in was a breeze. Room wasn't ready so we got our wristbands and could have gone to the waterpark. Room was clean but had a few maintenance issues. Door was hard to open (sticky), carpet was lumpy and fraying, charger port made a clicking noise when plugged in so we just unplugged that. AC was loud and so was the bathroom. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

This was our first time at a great Wolf Lodge. We like that it was close to other parks and a big mall. The swimming area was a lot of fun for our kids. The staff was kind and helpful. The prices in the restaurants were over the top for what the food was. Cleanliness was OK but the room was showing its age. All in all we had a good time. Everyone should try out a great wolf lodge at least once.

My son and I had a wonderful time at the water park however there were some things that could be fixed I found myself constantly asking questions about the small things regarding the amenities so much it became a bit redundant, the staff were helpful I just felt maybe more signage’s or a brief explanation on how to navigate the water park/hotel Be prepared to pay extra for amenities

My family and I truly enjoyed our recent stay in the Junior Cabin Suite with a balcony. The accommodations provided everyone with plenty of personal space, and the room was both nice and clean. I especially want to commend Amar for his excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure I was not double-charged for our rooms and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The entire staff was excellent, and we appreciated the flexible parking options. We would definitely recommend your property to others and look forward to returning very soon.
