Excellent location, very pleasant staff. The room was clean and spacious, but lacked a safe. The breakfast was poor—it left much to be desired. Perhaps a bit overpriced. Overall, I was satisfied.

Quiet rooms aside from outside city noises, but you’re in a big city and that’s part of the fun. Excellent location we walked to Navy Pier and Willis Tower. Breakfast was ok. Hot food was on the lukewarm side but options were good. Room was clean. We enjoyed our stay

The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast had everything that was needed by anyone, and was very good. The hotel was at a perfect spot to get to anything that we needed to get to and very good restaurants were in walking distance. The only thing was the room was very small, but you’re not really staying in the room that long so overall, it was the perfect hotel for us.
