Staff was very helpful and easy access for parking, though there’s a weird smell as I enter the building and the halls of my room but that didn’t bother me too much. The appliances in my room were working but the floors were pretty sticky as well has having WiFi problems. The shower pressure was pretty good better than most hotels I’ve been too in the area. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and definitely recommend it.

Front desk Staff amazing, no public restroom, at check-in they let me use employee restroom. Worst ES ever seen, every vent/duct stuffed with dust. Stained carpets everywhere, doors to rooms are filthy, carpet in hallway so soiled in areas it was questionable why so filthy. Only had 2 bath towels, no washcloths no hand towels, if you wanted more 1.75 each. Every drawer/cabinet nasty dirty. Fridge was greasy dirty. No coffee maker in room, no dishes thats $40 extra. Ice tray full of yuck, all around cleanliness was awful. Maintenance is so bad, bathroom door had 2 punch marks in it. Lost any faith in staying at a future ES never know what level of service you’ll find ick

Liked: Staff & service
My room needed a deep clean, some repairs, and basic supplies (extra linens, shampoo/conditioner, etc.). It was adequate for the price and for a night's stay. I felt it was in a safe location that wasn't far off the interstate.

I liked the location of the hotel, everything was fine. But the check-in time should be earlier and not just at 3 pm. Otherwise everything is perfect.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Pros - inexpensive and convenient location. Cons - indifferent and unfriendly staff at desk, shabby conditions in room, broken elevator, room air conditioner sounded like a truck with a bad muffler, minimal toiletries (one bar of small soap), worn mattress that had a pronounced dip/indentation, bad pillows, musty room smell.
