Staff was nice an check-in. Overall not a great property but it go the job done. There were a lot of vocal dogs near me. Bring your earplugs or play some white noise if you want to get some sleep.

First off, the carpet was old, worn and DIRTY. The furniture was old and very scratched up. Some furniture had the top sawn off on one side with no finish. The counter top was sawn off and unfinished, The curtain rod was bent an coming down on one side. There was no coffee maker. The amenities included a "Grab N' Go Breakfast". There was no such thing. The front desk was shuttered in the morning... office hours start at 9:00.

The greeting staff was excellent, but there were technical issues with the entrance door. We had to go in to the room through another entrance from the building and I have issues walking and it was not good. Also, my room was on the 3 rd floor and the elevator was out of order! šŸ«£ā˜¹ļøšŸ˜¬

Staff is very friendly and helpful, room is nice and functional for an extended stay. Blankets are very thin so recommended bringing your own so you donā€™t freeze. Would come back because the price is affordable and location is great.

Nice facility

The facility was clean, quiet and comfortable ... what more can you ask? I'm just glad I didn't need dishes or flatware or cooking utensils as those things incur extra charges.

There were no cups in the bathroom and no coffee service. I asked for a cup and staff could not provide one for me. I didnā€™t need the kitchens but had I planned on using it I would have been disappointed. The kitchen had Nothing in it to use it. ??? A disappointing experience overall. But the staff was nice.

I didn't arrive until after 11 pm so checking in required making a phone call and helping the front desk attendant open up the security shutter. The shutter needs WD40 or servicing with how hard it is to operate... The attendant was very nice everything else felt very secure and was clean. I had to leave in the morning before 8 though and I didn't have time to wait for the same process as the night before so I wasn't able to check out or drop my keys in a drop box. Other than the check in/out process not being one I've encountered before, my stay was good. I liked my room so much, I was disappointed I couldn't stay longer.

I had a wonderful stay, completely elevated by the outstanding service at the front desk. Martha made the booking and reservation process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Lesly was also fantastic, securely holding my UPS packages so they were ready for me right when I arrived. It is so rare to find staff this attentive and helpful. Martha and Lesly truly made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Highly recommend this property!

Good parking. Decent area but the hotel itself was unsavory. One bar of soap and not even an ice machine! Stains on walls, carpet, furniture falling apartā€¦ the place is a dump. AVOID
