We spent three nights and it was perfect. The room was clean, the service was great and the location was perfect, central to all things downtown has to offer. The only hiccup was one elevator bank wasn’t working so there were long lines to catch the elevator up to your room but by our last day that bank was back up and running. Recommended!

Convenient location. Breakfast buffet & happy hour were nice touch. Restaurant area cleaning was hard to stay on top of because it is very busy. A hotel rep offered us a discounted deal for future because we were Hilton rewards members but we weren't able to commit to dates. Outer area of suites can get noisy because they face the atrium.

Staff were wonderful and quick to help. When we checked in Abraham was so helpful! From a long drive and the chaos of getting into the city, he helped ensure that I got checked in properly and explain the parking situation and daily vouchers!

The hotel is situated about 3 city blocks off of Michigan Avenue/Magnificent mile. The only negatives were that check in was very late…they advertise that he room will be ready at 4 but at 4 we had to wait in line to ask again, and got out keys about 20 mins after. The elevators (2 separate elevator rides are needed to get to your room) both get really crowded around midday and you can be waiting 10 mins or more. The free breakfast was good and the room was clean and nice to have 2 separate rooms in the suite. Staff was responsive to requests, and lots of attractions were within a 15-20 minute walk.

Everything was very clean and well kept. The buffet for breakfast was awesome!! It was a great way to start our day. The hotel was in a wonderful location, close to the pier close to the shops everything in walking distance. We loved our stay, enjoyed the city immensely. We will be back… and stay at the embassy again!!
