The room was so spacious & super clean. The bed was comfy and the shower was great! Parking was good too. No free breakfast offered though. During our stay there was a boys hockey tournament. So the pool was a 24 hour splash fest & obnoxious noodle fighting. It's a small pool area for such a big hotel.

Amenities. I guess it was kids birthday parties in the pool so you couldn’t enjoy the pool or even get a cookie at the desk because of the large groups of kids. It’s the first time I’ve stayed at a Double Tree and they didn’t have a cookie when I checked out. But in the morning the front desk lady didn’t have any prepared. A bit noisy with so many kids and so few adults. It was like a kids resort, they just roamed around in swimsuits between the pool and front desk, no adults escorting them to the lobby/front desk. Impossible they all had rooms as there wasn’t enough adults. Felt more like Great Wolf Lodge instead of a Double Tree. The gentleman who worked in the evening and checked us in was pleasant and provided good service. Room was clean.
