The staff at the hotel was incredibly helpful and friendly. The property was clean and centrally located for all the touristy experiences! Fulton Market District, Millennium Park were all within walking distance. If you need recommendations for dinner or sightseeing, the staff is super helpful! The brekafast buffet is worth every penny! The room was clean and so was the balcony. All staff were wonderful and very professional. Parking was in a lot and in and out privileges were simple. The breakfast was better than expected and the restaurant was clean and the food was hot and filling. The only downside is that the bed wasn’t that comfortable to sleep through the night, but it was cozy. I would love to come back, if the bed situation was better. It was definitely a vibe in there when we walked in and we loved it.

everything was absolutely wonderful. my friend and i arrived early in the morning after flying in and were pleasantly impressed when we were allowed a very early check-in once the staff noticed how exhausted we were. the area was quiet, the view from our balcony was gorgeous, and our room was lovely. definitely would return again.
