There was hair left in the bathtub area when we arrived. The bed was horrible...lumpy, no back support...just awful. The staff was nice. Nothing about this hotel said $700+ per night, but that's what the manager told us it would cost to book a second room. We moved to the Hyatt!

First Time In Chicago. We wanted something Cheaper in price with maintaining Quality and Comfort. If you are looking for the same this is your place. Free Airport shuttle and Metro Connections from the airport to Downtown. Very convenient and the property in excellent inside a safe neighborhood.

It was clean and quiet, easy to get to. The king bed was so comfortable, shower was hot! Only issue was parking after 8pm was crazy, no spots at all. They should really find out how to limit to hotel guests only.

This hotel was great! Staff was very friendly, room was very clean and well maintained. We had breakfast at the bistro and it was SO good. Real, fresh, food! We didn’t use the pool because it was closed for the night but it looked nice! The hotel and property felt safe as well. Would recommend!

The bistro was a nice touch. Ibwould have liked it better if they had a sweet wine. The description of a family suite said it slept 6 with 2 Queen beds and 1 Double pull out, but when we arrived it had 2 Queens and a Single pull out, so it did not sleep 6. They were unable to rectify that.
