The room was much smaller than we expected for the price we paid, we weren't allowed to check in early but thats understandable. The room was very clean and comfortable and it was within walking distance to nearly everything we had planned (Navy Pier, Riverwalk, Millennium Park) and it was a block away from the world's largest Starbucks There was some loud neighbors one night but we called the front desk and it was handled promptly. Would stay here again.

Our stay here was great from the moment we checked in. We arrived at about 10 am and the front desk let us check in early for a $25 fee which was well worth it. We booked a queen corner room with city view. Room was extremely clean and quiet. Our room was 2318 and it has a fantastic view. Would definitely stay here again.
