Hotel location was near Michigan Ave and many places. All walkable. Gym and pool were nice. Pool could be bigger but nice to have one. Wish they had free breakfast. Staff all very nice and fast check in. Lobby is smaller than other hotels but still offered a hang out spot with lots of tables. Overall, hotel is very good. Would stay again.

The biggest downside is the noise. Constantly woken up to the sirens and people shouting outside. You could also hear the rooms next to you quite easily. The staff was very kind and the hotel was kept pretty tidy.
