Great location to downtown core and river walk. Rooms are modest in size but in line with city hotel. The bed was extra firm, not terribly comfortable, and air conditioner runs nonstop and is quite noisy. Overall a decent experience for a fair price on a holiday weekend when the city was bustling with visitors.

Staff was excellent and friendly. Hotel is located in the heart of downtown and close enough to anything you need. The room was clean but bathroom was not as clean as I’d expect and soured my stay a little bit.

I’ve stayed at club quarters a number of times now. I’m kind of a picky person when it comes to customer service, the Staff at both Chicago downtown hotels was nothing short of amazing, time I’ve stayed there! Thank you for the great service and the clean accommodations. I would definitely recommend and I will be staying there again in the near future. Oh, I forgot to mention both downtown locations are very convenient to everything in the Chicagoland area.

Had a great stay at Club Quarters Chicago. The location was perfect, close to everything downtown and within walking distance of a lot of the main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. The staff were friendly and check-in was easy. Really liked the little touches like the free water stations. Overall, a very nice place to stay! Location is excellent and right in the heart of the downtown Chicago area. Front desk and service staff were very helpful and friendly to deal with. Shoutout to Pedro at the front desk check-in who ran out to help when he us struggling at the front entrance with our suitcase while trying to push our daughter in her wheelchair. This was a very good first impression of the hotel! The hotel is very nice but our room could have used a bit of a refresher. Sofa bed cushion was torn and blankets were missing. If not for a few minor things like this, our stay would have been a 5 star rating.
