This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was in a great location. I liked the 2 queen beds and seperated sleeping areas and a twin fold out bed. It was a bonus to have 2 bathrooms also.

perfect location for exploring the city, lovely rooms, comfy beds, and a truly wonderful view of the river and the city from the upper floors! Wholeheartedly recommend. The free coffee machine, bottled water refill stations and amenities such as toothbrushes and shaving foam were lovely touches also. We loved our trip and the staff were so helpful.

The hotel is located in the perfect place if you want to explore Downtown Chicago. So many things to do within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The hotel was so clean and the room were well appointed.

Very nice location. Although a bit dated, but the hotel was well maintained and managed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Pedro, who was super responsive and effective, and helped me to sort out my double-booking issue. As a result, I was able to avoid being charged twice by the booking platforms.

Staff was great. Pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I paid extra for an "Executive Suite". Do NOT agree with that characterization. I was buried in the back of the 5th floor. Bathrooms, especially the showers were small. Do appreciate the security with the access to lobby doors and elevator by room key only. Good location. Right on the River and 1 block from Mag Mile.

Great location to downtown core and river walk. Rooms are modest in size but in line with city hotel. The bed was extra firm, not terribly comfortable, and air conditioner runs nonstop and is quite noisy. Overall a decent experience for a fair price on a holiday weekend when the city was bustling with visitors.

The only issue I had to deal with was the elevator going down for service. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and nice. The exercise room actually was pretty good. The front desk were helpful the few times I asked questions.

Perfectly placed next to many attractions and the river with a marvelous city view. Quaint vintage look on the inside with genuinely kind staff, the room was dainty and cute with a very accessible water station on each floor. Overall an excellent place to stay.
