Although there was no smoking, the room had a smoking scent. The room was clean. Went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and a ROACH was on the bathroom wall. Tried to kill it but it fell on the floor and went under the sink. The staff member that checked me in had problems saying it was the system but did give me a room seeing I had a reservation. I wish he had told me that breakfast stopped at 9 am, I came down right after 9, saw the food but the room was blocked for entry.
