The rooms are small but the space is used so effectively they did not feel small at all. I paid extra for the breakfast buffet and it was worth it! The food was very high quality. The location was convenient for walking around downtown town and was on the bus route for all the museums. I would stay here again.

I had a friend come in from NYC to stay with me in Chicago for Chicago Black Pride July 4th weekend. We had an absolute amazing time. All my friends love celebrating special occasions at this hotel. It was so close to Michigan ave and Millennium Park. Can't get enough of how much I love this hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay at Citizenm!! The staff was super friendly and always very helpful. Loved the cleanliness of our room, and hotel all together. Operating the room via IPad was quite the experience and very convenient. The rooms are perfectly sized for couples.

The room was really cool, small but I still loved it. You have to read the description before booking. If you don’t plan to be in your room majority of the time the room is cool. The hotel was a cool vibe and the decor was awesome. I was not a fan of the bar staff but other than that it was a great stay. Had drinks other places around the area. You check yourself in and out. Great location for all the things in the area. Will stay again!

Very modern hotel with close proximity to everything we wanted to see in Chicago. Room was small but not an inch of space was wasted in the thoughtful layout. Nice comfy bed and big tv. Controlling the lights/blinds via ipad was kind of a pain especially if coming back late at night in the dark. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay, they have a super pleasant staff here and the daily whiteboard questions were so fun!

4/5 stars The location was excellent, and the hotel was very clean. The gym was a nice amenity, and I really appreciated being able to leave my luggage at the hotel after checkout so I could continue exploring the city. Breakfast was also enjoyable with a good selection. The room, however, was extremely small, and considering the price, I don’t think the hotel offered the best value. The staff experience was inconsistent—some employees were warm and helpful, while others were less welcoming. Overall, I had a good stay and would rate it 4 out of 5 stars. It’s a great option if location is your top priority, but be prepared for compact rooms at a premium price.
