This property is unique in that the rooms are very minimalistic and small, yet comfy. The front staff are friendly. Check-in/check-out process is quick and easy. The hotel is in a great location. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel in a fantastic downtown location close to the river walk. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We love Citizen M hotels and this one definitely lived up to our expectations.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were nice and the views were great as well. The bar/restaurant stays open late (0200) so that was very convenient. Can’t wait to come back.

Perfect location to be in the most walkable parts of Downtown. Liked the size of the room available for a solo traveler. Be prepared to spend a little with all the convenience you’re surrounded by, but well worth the experience being in Chicago for the first time.

Very modern hotel.. all high technology you must be a laptop-friendly user to stay in this hotel. I loved it ! only flaw was that the room has very limited space to put your clothes & personal belongings. All other is very good. Location was amazing! This was our first stay in a CitizenM, had no idea what to expect that could be different from an "ordinary" hotel. First, if your interest is museums, tours, restaurants, the location is spectacular, right in the Loop. The property itself was immaculate, the room immaculate, if a little small, but the ethos of the brand explains that, as we learned. They are targeting mobile "citizens of the world" who need a place to sleep, but who will hang out in the city or in the lobby living room/collaboration space. Everything about our stay was excellent – highly recommend !
