The room was very basic. The beds and sheets were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and toiletries were present. The closet has no doors (lol). Sounds from outside can be disturbing. Lobby smell like air fresheners instead of smelling clean.

Really great hotel and staff.Rooms are spacious and nice. The only two things is I wish they had bathtub's and better eggs. But everything wAs great. I will still give it 5 stars. Also they have better refrigerators than any other hotel I've visited.

The pictures and reviews and listing on expedia did not meet my expectations of this hotel. I wonder if the pictures have been touched up by AI? The pool and hot tub were both shut down. The hallways and common areas were very visibly dirty and smelled. E-xpedia will not allow me to write our full experience on this platform. Read between the lines if you can. Our beds were clean. Parts of the bathroom had been cleaned but not vertical surfaces. Breakfast was not as substantial as other Best Western hotels.

We had a really lovely time in the room was very clean. I was very impressed by how well kept the grounds were and how friendly the staff was. My only complaints really came to the breakfast. The hot water didn't work on any of the machines so if you were looking to make a tea or an oatmeal or anything like that then that was completely out of the question. Their eggs were all so very rubbery and not very good. And the potatoes perpetually kind of tasted like they weren't done completely. It seemed like there was only one woman working the kitchen the entire time that we were there and I imagine that's a lot of work for her to take on. Everything else was still very good.
