This property overall was a great place to stay. Nice pool, great staff, and clean place. The property is older, so some of the doors don’t fully seal shut. I wish they would also crack down on letting people smoke weed in the hallways. 4.5/5

The big pool was one of the main reasons we stayed here . It connects with the outside. The gym is also large with a good amount of equipment. The lobby was impressive with a nice bar. The parking is expensive overnight but that's pretty common in Chicago. The fridge does not get very cold so if you have medication/leftovers that might be a problem. Rooms were clean and comfortable however.

We were ghosted by our VORB person and I was already driving with two kids to Chicago for a planned weekend. We got in at 11:30 PM with no where to stay and most hotels were completely booked. Phil was so helpful and was able to give us a room for two nights. All the staff we interacted with were delightful and Josh spent time helping me get the right documentation for reimbursement. The pool is fun and the kids loved it's. They made a difficult and very frustrating situation much better and met us with a lot of kindness.

The pool water was way too warm. It was not enjoyable. We specifically booked there for the pool. I thought they could’ve offered complementary coffee in the morning without having to use the in room coffee drip. The rooms were a little small for two regular size beds. The staff was very very nice.
