I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel and my stay considering the room was significantly less than others in the area. My room was small and nothing fancy but it was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. A small fridge would have been nice but there didn't seem to be much space for that in the room, perhaps some of the bigger rooms have other amenities. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again should I be in the area.

Incredibly overpriced for the quality and cleaniness of the room. Staff at the check in doesn't even want to check you in but rather redirect you to the self-check in kiosk. Walls are very thin and can hear everythng. Please do not stay at this hotel but look for a better one.

older hotel, amenities are pretty basic. But everything is very clean, spotless! Second time staying there and will stay again.

It's good place to visit the most valuable things in Chicago downtown. By foot you can walk to Willis tower in about 10 min. And to the Millenium Park and the most traditional scenery.
