My hotel room was small but adequate , the service was very good. It was very close to the tourist attractions , my niece's home and transit trains to the stadium and airport. No complaints. Really Liked the free cold and filtered bottles of water on each floor

Good location in downtown and close to major attractions (Art Institute, Willis Tower, Millennium Park) Rooms were small but nice for a couple of nights. The parking deck guests can use is one block down and one block over but was inexpensive for downtown ($28 a night , trust me I did the research).

The staff are very friendly. Everything was great. Walking distance to most attractions that you want to see. The room was absolutely clean. And the price was reasonable. I would recommend this hotel and will comeback next time we are in Chicago.

I had a great stay! The location is perfect close to everything I wanted to do, and the price was very affordable. The staff was friendly and even allowed me to check in way early at no additional cost, which was a wonderful surprise to be in Chicago! The hotel also offers parking at a much lower price than the nearby public parking lots. Be sure to ask at the front desk about the parking discount. Overall, this hotel offers value for the price. I would definitely stay here again!
