The condition of the room was poor. The furniture was stained and showed quite a bit of wear and tear, gouges in flooring.The toilet had urine on the base. Coffee maker had old coffee in it from prior guest. Cups in cupboard were put away dirty. I cleaned the tables and counters myself because they had material stuck on them. Good: pleasant front desk staff, relatively quiet except for being near an active train line. I put on noise canceling headphones to block the sound. This could be a much nicer place if the rooms were better maintained and the furniture kept clean and in good repair.
