Would not stay here again. Rooms smelled bad, pool was inaccessible, waffle maker didn’t work, visible bathroom repairs not done by a professional. No shelf in the shower for toiletries. Person at the desk didn’t want to give me enough paper to print out a work report I needed (he eventually did, but was not happy about it)

For an overnight stay, this is ideal. They offer shuttle service to and from airport. Outside of that, theres not much. The breakfast is simple. There is a shuttle to the metro station that costs $20. There is a metro station Rosemont which is right next to the airport but they dont take you there, they take to you the Forest Park station that is much farther away and charge you. Many transport rigs go through that street so if you get a street side room, be ready to hear it. The room was clean with limited amenities. Good wifi and cable TV.

The desk chair in my room could not be raised and the person on duty claimed no replacement was available. As a result, it was difficult to use my computer. The pillows were very big and firm. I had to use towels in place of pillows in order to sleep.
