As far as the airport shuttle, Expedia needs to update their information as the shuttle does not run 24/7. If you actually go on site for the hotel, it gives the hours the shuttle runs. We had to get/pay for an Uber (which the hotel helped us get). The shuttle picked us us after returning from vacation and it was very smooth!

I stay at hotels near O'Hare all the time. This one is a hidden gem. Rooms very clean. Staff friendly. Close to airport. Very clean. Room actually has enough artificial light that you can see!' Only downside is shuttle does not start running until 5:30 am and am not sure what time it ends but not 24 hr service.

Staff was friendly. Therer was a sign up sheet for the airport shuttle at the front desk. You just put your room number for the time slot you wanted to go to the airport. The driver showed up early to go to your room to help move your luggage to the car. The drivers for the airport shuttle were friendly. There's an ant crawling and there're hair of the previous guest in the bathroom.

Old hotel, room smelled like it used to be smoked in. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. Price was right. If i had a complaint, it would be the shuttle. I booked the room with intentions of utilizing the shuttle, but was later informed that it only ran during the day. Our flight came in at midnight. I was forced to pay $35.00 for a taxi instead. Other than that, decent stay. Would recommend.
