The location was extremely convenient for me as it was around the corner from my daughter. It is also walking distance to several cute/nice restaurants, a Walgreens, and a bus line. The room was clean. They accommodated my request for a late check out. The breakfast was good. Saw a rat on the patio, though I suppose that can't be helped in a city.
